Dr Rastogi is the director of Medimind.

Dr Rastogi is a Psychiatrist with MBBS and FRANZCP (Fellowship of Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists).

Dr Rastogi’s experience is wide and varied having worked as a psychiatrist in public and private practice. She was a part-time VMO psychiatrist at Macquarie Hospital, Northern Sydney Area Services. She continues to offer consultation liaison services at Sydney Adventist Hospital, Wahroonga and is a VMO Psychiatrist at Northside West Clinic, Wentworthville.

Her key areas of interest include mood and anxiety spectrum disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and attention deficit disorders (ADHD). She has in depth knowledge and experience in Psychotherapy and offers different modalities as part of her consultations.

She has experience working in the medico-legal field as an Independent Medical assessor for various reputed law firms and is qualified as an NSW Work Cover Assessor of Permanent Impairment and MAA Assessor of Permanent Impairment.

Over the years, Dr Rastogi has been very involved in mental health training for health practitioners and general community members. She has tutored medical students and psychiatric registrars. Dr Rastogi has also been invited to discuss mental health on television and radio programs.

Her services extend to from young adolescents to old age in general psychiatry. She endeavours to work with clients to develop individual care plan tailored to their needs and long-term sustainable relationships with clients, their families, and the community.

She also has a particular interest in cross-cultural Psychiatry and is fluent in English and Hindi.

Jill Abeshouse is a registered psychologist, has a Masters in Psychology (counselling) and has done studies in psychoanalytic psychotherapy (for deep psychological issues) and hypnotherapy.

Jill continues to see individuals across the life span (i.e. Children with psychological issues; adolescents; adults; people with disabilities and impairments).

She tries to help her clients understand how their past influences their current behavioural choices and emotional reactions. Many of her clients benefit from understanding their deep motivations and what may be contributing to sabotaging themselves. Jill gets great satisfaction in seeing her clients overcome the obstacles which have held them back in life and expand their emotional repertoire.

Jill has worked with the Department of Education, University of Sydney; Department of Ageing Disability and Homecare, as well as NGO’s for indigenous and multicultural groups.

She has also been in private practice for many years.

Jill is ATAPS certified.

Fariha Khan Registered psychologist (APHRA) and member of (APS) Australia Psychological Society.

Fariha has 15 years of public and private sector experience working as a psychologist. Fariha has a Masters in Psychology and Advance Diploma in Clinical Psychology. Her interests include stress, depression, anxiety, anger management, trauma, interpersonal problem family-of-origin issues, chronic pain, management of chronic conditions and personality disorders. Farina’s therapeutic approach is eclectic, client centred, self-compassion and use a Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and stress reduction strategies as well as psycho education and relapse prevention counselling. She is an accredited hypnotherapist.

Fariha is experienced therapist to deliver Dialectic Behaviour therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Guided Meditation, Exposure Therapy, Systematic Desensitisation, Progressive Relaxation Training, Response Prevention Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

Fariha is SIRA accredited for insurance cases to provide psychological interventions, vocational assessment & career counselling and return to work services.

She also conducts psychometric assessments and reports.

Fariha is fluent in Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi languages.

Indrani Mukherjee is a Registered Clinical Psychologist (AHPRA) with over 20 years of experience in mental health.

She holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph. D.) from University of Wollongong, double Masters’ degree in Applied & Clinical Psychology, and a B.Sc. (Hons.) degree.

Indrani specialise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Schema therapy, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). Her areas of interests and expertise are primarily in Adult Psychiatry: Major Depression; Bipolar Disorders; Anxiety Disorders; Borderline Personality Disorder; Psychotic & Trauma Related Disorders.

Indrani is fluent in the English, Bengali & Hindi languages.

Indrani is Work Cover certified.

Shumaila is a registered psychologist, with a Masters in Professional Psychology.

Her therapeutic approach is client-centred, strengths based, collaborative, and uses a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to individual needs.

She uses evidence-based interventions and techniques such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Based Therapy (ACT), and among other therapeutic modalities.

Her special interest lies in working with adolescent and young adults, in the areas of depression, anxiety, trauma, early psychosis, autism, ADHD, disability, and relationship and family issues.

Shumaila is proficient in administering psychological assessments, including cognitive assessments and autism spectrum disorder (ASD) assessments for children.
